Balance Check

This gift card can only be used after it has been redeemed on our website for another gift card from our range. Go to the balance check page and enter your 19-digit code that you can find in the Restaurant e-voucher. You will have received this by email. A new window will open, showing a list of (digital) gift cards for which you can redeem the Restaurant Gift Card. Subsequently, click on the gift card of your choice, select the value you would like the gift card to have, and enter your personal details. After placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation. The (digital) gift card of your choice will be sent to you.

To use our Restaurant Gift Card, you must first redeem it for a restaurant of your choice at our website. You can do so by the Redeem page. Every restaurant has its own terms and conditions for using a gift card. Read them carefully before you visit the restaurant of your choice.

Whenever you place an order, we always send an email to confirm your order. You will find the invoice attached to the order confirmation. Please also check your spam folder.

If you order a digital gift card, we will send it to your email address. You can then add a personal message for the recipient and forward the email to them. You can also instruct us to send it to the recipient’s email address directly. If you order a physical gift card, we will send it to you, but again, you can also instruct us to send it directly to the recipient.
