To check your balance, enter the card number. You’ll find it below the barcode on the back of your physical card, or in your email if it’s a digital gift card.

How do Restaurant Choice Gift Card work?
This gift card can only be used after it has been redeemed on our website for another gift card from our range.
Go to the balance check page and enter your 19-digit code that you can find in the Restaurant e-voucher. You will have received this by email. A new window will open, showing a list of (digital) gift cards for which you can redeem the Restaurant Choice Gift Card. Subsequently, click on the gift card of your choice, select the value you would like the gift card to have, and enter your personal details. After placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation. The (digital) gift card of your choice will be sent to you.
Where can I redeem my Restaurant Choice Gift Card?
Before you can use your Restaurant Choice Gift Card, it needs to be redeemed at giftcard.co.uk for one or more gift cards from our collection.To check your balance, simply visit check-balance and enter the code on your digital voucher. There, you’ll also find a full list of restaurant gift cards you can choose from.The best part? You can redeem the full value across multiple gift cards, perfect if you want to try more than one delicious spot!
Are there any restrictions on using Restaurant Choice Gift Card during peak hours?
To use our Restaurant Choice Gift Card, you must first redeem it for a restaurant of your choice at our website. You can do so by the Redeem page. Each gift card available on our website has its own terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making your purchase.
How will I know if my order has been received and is being processed?
Whenever you place an order, we always send an email to confirm your order. You will find the invoice attached to the order confirmation. Please also check your spam folder.
Will the gift card be ordered in my name or the recipient’s name?
If you order a digital gift card, we will send it to your email address. You can then add a personal message for the recipient and forward the email to them. You can also instruct us to send it to the recipient’s email address directly.
If you order a physical gift card, we will send it to you, but again, you can also instruct us to send it directly to the recipient.
